The following copies of certified documents are to be submitted together with the application form:
1. Birth Certificate, Baptismal card (if available)
2. Current report card (First semester 2024)
3. National ID/s or Passport/s of person/s responsible for payment of fees and passport size photo of the learner.
NOTE: Application forms without any of the above mentioned documents might not be considered.

Please carefully read through this section together with the stated Parent and Guardian and proceed to the next section after fully understanding the details provided in this section.

This application form is a legal binding contract between the school and the parent, as such it is bound by general law of contract regulations, by signing this form a parent acknowledges the receipt of the rules and regulations of the school. The terms of this application form are read in conjunction with school rules and regulations outlined in the School Prospectus for 2025.

1. Religious details: To safe guard our learner's discipline, all learners, regardless of creed are expected to attend school church services every Sunday and other religious functions and programs within the school as ministered by Door of Sheep Ministries (DOSM).
2. Fees are paid in advance, i.e. you pay fees first before a child attends lessons, e.g. January fees are paid in December: See fees structure on page 3.
3. The annual fee is subject to change at the discretion of the school board of Governors and any such changes will be communicated at the time of admission of learners into the school.
4. Our fees are charged on a yearly basis but are broken down into termly and monthly basis so as to easy the payment pressure on parents who won’t afford once off yearly payments. If one chooses a monthly payment it does not necessarily mean it covers the learners monthly cost in full, therefore monthly payments should be done from January to December regardless of holidays so that it adds up to the yearly fee.
5. Our fees are broken down into three (3) terms for payment of school fees, first term covers January to April, second term covers May to September and third term covers September to December.
6. If the child transfers or is expelled during the course of the term, the parent/guardian is obliged to pay full fees, i.e (school and hostel fee, Development Levy and Food Fees) for that term.
7. Fees are due on the 5th of every month for monthly payments, for termly payments on the 5th of January, 5th May and 5th September.
8. Completed application forms should be submitted to the school office on or before 31 October 2024.
